Bought a Boss V plow. Brand new! First and foremost the plow wasn't hooked up all the way and could have lost it going down the road. 2nd I asked them to hook up my external back up lights. They hooked them up wrong and were on all the time. 3rd they left a shop light up inside my engine which caught up in my fan blade 3 days later. Bob said he had his son call and tell me it was in there. NO. he called because Bob told me my blinking remote was due to "Ford wireing" NO. His son called to tell me it was sleep mode. YES. 4th one of the pins doesnt fit in all the way when hooking the plow up. Bob says it has a "bur" and it will come out of it. Boss disagrees. 5th I found out I could get this plow for 600$ cheaper from a local competitor. And 6th the plow was scratched, dented, and beat up when i picked up, Bob said that was "normal and to be expected and it was going to get scratched up anyway." Bob Said he would put touchup paint on it and be as good as new. Boss dissagrees .Not how that works Bob. So you asked..."whats your problem" (good service btw) well theres my problems. And stop answering questions you don't know the answer to and simply say you don't know. Stop making excuses for everything and take care of your customer. Dont lie and have your employees say your not there but when i have a friend call enquiring about a plow and immediately your right there. Just so all knows. He's willing to do NOTHING for me for all these issues and you could be his next victim. I have a complaint into Boss as well as attorney General. Didn't have to be this way Bob. I tried. Just want a new plow...exactly what I payed for.
