Very caring. I had to put my animal down and they showed a lot of heart during the painful process.
Professional, kind, caring and gentle staff and reasonable rates. Empathetic. Couldn't have asked for more while dealing with the end of a beloved pets life. This retired therapy dog got the end of life care that she deserved, without staff having knowledge of her years of service. That said a lot to me. They were very respectful of my feelings and grief process as well. Thank you all.
Amazing, amazing people. It's so difficult to find a vet who knows anything about guinea pigs in this area, and it was such a relief to find someone who was not only very knowledgeable but so kind as well. Not sure if my pig will make it through his illness, but if he doesn't, it certainly won't be for lack of trying on their part!
